Full Refund: If your printer setup issue is not resolved within 7 days from the service request date, or the same issue reoccurs within 30 days after completion of service, you will be eligible for a full refund.


Full Refund: If you are not satisfied with our technician support or printer setup assistance within 15 days of service, you can request a full refund under our 15-day satisfaction guarantee policy.


Partial Refund: If the printer issue has been successfully resolved but the satisfaction period of 15 days has already passed, a partial refund request may still be considered within the next 15 days.


Partial Refund: If the issue is resolved and you no longer require further printer setup or support services, you may request a partial refund depending on service usage.


Service Limitations: Refunds will not be applicable in cases where issues are caused due to hardware damage, misuse, or third-party modifications after service completion.


Refund Processing: All refund requests are carefully reviewed and acknowledged within 48 business hours. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days depending on the payment method.
